Windeyer Chambers In September 1983 CCL purchased the 6th,7th, 8th & 9th Floors of Mena House Chambers which was subsequently re-named Windeyer Chambers, 225 Macquarie Street, Sydney. Windeyer Chambers was officially opened on 15 June 1984 by Sir Victor Windeyer. Since the opening of Windeyer Chambers in 1984 shareholders in CCL have occupied chambers in this building on the floors owned by CCL. Windeyer Chambers is managed by independent strata managers and the General Manager of CCL is a member of the Strata Council.	Windeyer Chambers
