Manage speed dials on a Cisco handset

Open the following Cisco Self-Care Portal link using a web browser:

https://cclccm-pub01.counselschambers.com.au/ucmuser/main

Enter your CCL network username and password and click Sign In.

Navigate to Phone Settings and then click on Speed Dial Number to expand the speed dials section.

To add a new speed dial, simply click on Add New Speed Dial and enter the following information:

1. Number/URI: Enter the phone number. Please ensure you prefix the number with a 0 as though you were dialing the number from your handset.
2. Label: The name that will appear on your handset screen.
3. Speed Dial: If you have multiple speed dials then you can change the line order of which they appear on the handset.

You can edit or delete an existing speed dial by clicking on the pencil and cross icons respectively.
