VPN Installation Guide - Windows
How to install the Cisco AnyConnect VPN software on a Windows computer.
1.
Navigate to https://vpn.ccl.com.au in your web browser.
2.
Enter your VPN credentials and press Login. Please note that your VPN credentials may be the same as your CCL network credentials.
3.
After successfully logging in you will see a download page. Click on Download for Windows to start downloading the installer.
4.
Save the file when prompted and then run the file by double-clicking on it.
5.
Click on Next to start the install and agree to the policy on the next step.
6.
Click on Install to start installing the software.
7.
Click on Finish once the installation has completed.
8.
Open the Start Menu and search for Cisco AnyConnect. Open the software.
9.
Ensure that vpn.ccl.com.au is populated in the box and then press the Connect button.
10.
Enter your VPN credentials and press Ok. Please note that your VPN credentials may be the same as your CCL network credentials.
11.
Upon successfully logging in you will see a gold padlock icon in the bottom tray bar.
